Reservation Policies and House Rules
Our reservation policies and house rules help ensure a smooth booking process and a welcoming environment for all our guests. Before submitting your enquiry or confirming your reservation, please take a moment to review the information below so you understand our booking terms. Room reservations are based on two guests per room. Additional guests aged two years and older are welcome for an extra charge of $15 per person, per day, to cover the cost of breakfast.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by phone. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 7 or more days before check-in: A full refund will be issued, less any card processing fees.
- 2–7 days before check-in: A refund will be issued, $50 fee per room and any card processing fees.
- Within 48 hours of check-in: No refunds will be issued.
Military Discount
We are pleased to offer a 10% military discount. Please call us to enquire about eligibility and details.
